STRENGTHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP

NOTES REGARDING CO-COUNSELLING FOR COUPLES:
     ·    Many couples prefer the gender balance of co-counselling
     ·    Some couples, unable to agree on a male or female counsellor, can accept co-counselling
     ·    Concurrent individual portions during a meeting are possible

If Your Partner is Unwilling to Try Counselling (at least at this time):
     ·    Learn what changes you can try that may inspire changes in your partner

     ·    Learn how to cope if your partner is unresponsive to your changes
(Note that if you make changes and those save the relationship, that does NOT mean that the problems in the relationship were down to you; in order for relationships to improve, BOTH partners will change, together, even if one takes the first steps.)
